在钵中,放入大蒜,用研杵将其捣碎,直至变成细糊状。加入腰豆,继续搅拌成碎。In a mortar, put in the garlic and smash it with the pestle until fine paste. Next add in cashew nut and continue breaking it into a paste.
然后逐一加入罗勒叶,搅拌至完全碎后,加入盐和Parmesan芝士,混合均匀。最后加入橄榄油。Then add in basil leaf a little by a little. Then once basil all breaks up, add in salt, parmesan cheese to mix well. Then lastly pour in the olive oil.
在煮滚的水里加入盐,放入意大利面煮3分钟,再加入马铃薯煮5分钟。最后加入四季豆煮约1分钟。In a pot of boiling water, season it with salt. Put in the pasta for 3 minutes, then add in potato chunks, for another 5 minutes. Lastly before pasta is ready, put in the French bean for 1 minutes.
捞起所有材料滤干后放入碗内,面上铺入罗勒酱,捞匀即可趁热享用。Drained everything and place in a large bowl, scoop all the pesto paste on top and give it a quick toss while its hot. Serve it straight while its hot.
